Kate Hiller

Kate has lived in the desert her entire life and has called Tucson home since high school. She has been hand-building her clay flowers for almost 20 years and uses fabric stamps from Afghanistan and Pakistan to adorn them. She glazes in high and low fire and also loves a Raku firing.

The flowers in this show are stoneware and are framed in timeless gold leaf and black lacquer frames.
